Revisit the past with a look of modernity

The building at Comte de Sallent no. 16 dates from the mid-20th century and was built in accordance with the historicist and monumentalist trends of the period.

For 60 years it was known as the “Casa Catalana” and hosted social and cultural events to promote Catalan culture in Mallorca, including the Ars Magna prizes.

Today this magnificent building, which was abandoned for 15 years, lives again with a new, elegant identity that ensures the connection with the past, preserved in its distinctive façade.
